Intervention performed on screener following abnormal noise during start-up.

Diagnostic performed with removal of the necessary components to access internal parts.

Findings: presence of broken bolts (sheared bolt heads), which caused internal impacts and damaged the lubrication hose.

During disassembly, a leak was identified at the oil seal, leading to improper bearing lubrication.

The injected grease did not remain in the bearing, causing overheating and deterioration of the bearing and its housing.

Completion of a full diagnostic of the defective components and necessary repairs.
